What SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

On Laura’s Leash offers a wide range of pet care services. You can view available services here. If you do not see an option that fits your needs, please contact Laura at (908)824-0234 to discuss.

ARE YOU BONDED AND INSURED?

On Laura’s Leash is insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR SERVICES?

Contact us by phone at (908)824-0234 or by email at laura@onlaurasleash.com to discuss your needs and set up a no cost meet and greet. 

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES ON HOLIDAYS?

We provide services on most major holidays. A $5 surcharge will be applied to visits on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. Please note that there will be no service on Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?

We currently accept payment in the form of cash or check. Invoices will be sent via email each Monday for all services provided during the previous week (Mon-Sun). Payment is due within 5 days of billing. You may also elect to pay on the day the service is provided.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

When you book a service with On Laura’s Leash, that time is reserved on our schedule for your pet(s) only and we cannot accommodate other clients during that time. We therefore require that you call or email us by 8:00 PM the night before a scheduled service to cancel. If this cancellation policy is not adhered to, cancelled services are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
